Pricing and access
Publish searchable documentation without maintaining a website. Choose Free for a small project or Pro for your own domain and more capacity.

Prices are in US dollars. Annual Pro costs the same as ten monthly payments. There are no per-seat or per-site charges. See the Terms for tax and billing terms.
Free is a plan, not a trial
Free has no trial expiry. Both plans include search, versions, Markdown URLs, MCP reading tools, AI page tools, exports, and optional offline reading. Pages also include navigation, dark mode, print styling, sitemaps, and social previews.
Site creation attempts to allocate a docsary.com address. Check subdomain in the response; allocation can fail. See Domains.
What Pro unlocks
Your own domain: publish at an address such as docs.acme.com, with automatic certificate issuance and renewal after setup.
More capacity: maintain up to 20 sites, 50 versions per site, and 5,000 pages per version. Store up to 5 GiB of images and downloads.
Private sites are planned for Pro at no extra cost, but are not available yet. Every site is public today. See Private docs.
How to get Pro today
Email hello@robota.us with your organization name. Self-service checkout is not currently available. We will confirm the billing arrangement before a paid subscription starts.
An upgrade changes your limits without requiring a content migration or another push. Check your effective plan with GET /v1/whoami or GET /v1/orgs/:org/billing. See Billing.

Pages in an older version do not reduce the current version's page allowance. Allocated docsary.com addresses do not count as custom domains.

Neither plan charges per pageview or for bandwidth. The public MCP server has its own request limit. See Conventions and Search and AI.
When you hit one
A quota response identifies the limit and plan:

A feature excluded from your plan also returns limit: 0 and required_plan. Read the response's limit: your organization may have an individual allowance.
If the standard limits do not fit your project, email us with the limit you reached and the capacity you need.
Where your pages are served from
Public pages may be cached globally. Cache locations do not establish where stored data resides. If you require storage in a particular country or region, contact us before uploading.
Getting an organization and a key
Email hello@robota.us with what you are documenting and its approximate size. New customers must accept the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy before we provision access.
Request a separate key for each tool, with read-only access where writing is unnecessary. You can list and revoke keys yourself; revocation takes effect on the key's next request. For Claude or ChatGPT, follow Connect an assistant.
Leaving
Export each version and save copies of your assets before deleting a site or requesting organization removal. Markdown exports do not contain uploaded assets. Deletion has no undo or customer recovery window.
To remove your organization, email hello@robota.us. If you have a paid arrangement, follow its cancellation terms; deleting a site does not cancel it.
Site deletion removes access to its pages, versions, redirects, domains, and assets. Cleanup and cache expiry can take time. Your docsary.com addresses may become available to others; your own DNS records remain yours to remove. Separate identity, payment, support, and legal records follow the Privacy Policy.
A plan downgrade alone does not delete content or stop existing custom domains from serving. Lower limits can prevent new resources and domain attachments.
Reporting problems
Use POST /v1/reports to file a bug or feature request, and GET /v1/reports to check its status. Read-only keys can use both. See Support.
